The Harvey Sarnat NNCC Fellowship ("we," "us") operates the NNCC Portal app as a member resource for fellows and faculty of the Neonatal Neurocritical Care Fellowship program at the University of Calgary. The app displays our member portal (sarnatnncc.ca/portal.html) within an embedded browser view inside the app.
When you create an account or sign in, we collect your name, email address, and role (fellow or faculty). As you use the portal, we collect information related to your course enrollment, progress, submitted assignments, completion certificates, and posts you make in the members' discussion forum.
We use this information to provide access to fellowship courses and materials, track and evaluate your progress through the curriculum, issue completion certificates, and facilitate communication between fellows and faculty through the discussion forum.
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with fellowship faculty and administrators for the purpose of evaluating your progress, and with our hosting/platform providers solely to operate the portal.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with our educational and accreditation record-keeping obligations.
You may contact the program administration to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our record-keeping requirements.
This app is intended for medical fellows and faculty and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
