Welcome to the support page for the NNCC Portal app, the companion app for the Harvey Sarnat Neonatal Neurocritical Care (NNCC) Fellowship at the University of Calgary.
If you have trouble signing in, accessing course materials, submitting assignments, or using the discussion forum inside the app, please contact the program administration at sartannncc@gmail.com.
I forgot my password. Use the "Forgot password" link on the portal sign-in screen, or email us and we will help you reset it.
The app shows a blank or error screen. Please make sure you have an active internet connection, then close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, contact us with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot.
How do I request a change or deletion of my data? Email us at the address above and we will assist you, subject to our educational and accreditation record-keeping obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
